Role Summary and Impact

This role reports to Cluster Investment lead

In this role your goals will be:
In three months:

• Manage clients media Investments across mediums to drive efficiency
• Work closely with the GroupM Investment community
• Individual player managing internal & external stake holders
• Drive post buy reports and reviews.

In six months:

• Compliance against internal / External Audit
• Accountable for internal and client reports
• Ensure tracking of deals as per audit norms
• Help team with market intelligence & structured data which help in structuring better deals.

In 12 months:

• Complete knowledge of your clients benchmarks
• Completely hands on with negotiation strategy deliver internal targets client KPIs etc.
• Ability to run the show all by yourself with guidance / direction from leadership team
• Enhanced internal and external relationships and score well in delighting clients

Skills and Experience

• A strong commercial negotiator - able to gauge good value for our clients and influence senior people within large media companies to deliver it

Minimum qualifications:

• 9-12 years of experience in media buying/planning.
• Client Management experience
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to be hands-on and a team player.
