Team Co-ordinator

Job Description

• Generate leads and connect with prospective customers through various channels.
  
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable life insurance products.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term engagement.
  
• Coordinate customer meetings, follow-ups, and required documentation.
  
• Support sales, marketing, and business development initiatives.
  
• Assist customers throughout the onboarding and policy issuance process.
  
• Maintain accurate customer records and prepare regular business reports.
  
• Work closely with team members to achieve individual and organizational sales targets.
  
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing queries and resolving concerns promptly.
  
• Stay updated on company products, policies, and industry developments to provide accurate information to customers.
  

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary) or above.
  
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
  
• Age between 22 and 40 years.
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and MS Office is preferred.
  
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
  
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

• Interest in Sales, Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, and Business Development.
