Description

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Lender to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lending and will be responsible for evaluating loan applications, building client relationships, and managing loan portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze commercial loan applications and financial statements.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their financial needs.
• Assist in the structuring of loan proposals and terms tailored to client requirements.
• Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for potential lending opportunities.
• Monitor and manage existing loan portfolios to ensure compliance and performance standards are met.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline lending processes and improve customer experience.
• Provide financial advice and recommendations to clients based on their business goals and market conditions.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in commercial lending or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for evaluating financial documents.
• Proficient in financial modeling and credit analysis techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in lending.
