Data Scientist - Artificial Intelligence

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist - Artificial Intelligence to design, develop, and deploy next-generation AI solutions powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, and intelligent automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing, along with hands-on experience building production-grade AI applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable AI solutions that solve complex business problems, optimize workflows, and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Develop intelligent AI agents and agentic workflows for business automation.

- Build, train, evaluate, and optimize Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.

- Develop NLP solutions for text classification, information extraction, summarization, semantic search, and conversational AI.

- Design predictive and statistical models to support business decision-making.

- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and prompt engineering techniques.

- Integrate AI models with enterprise applications and APIs.

- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model validation, and performance optimization.

- Monitor, evaluate, and improve AI model accuracy, scalability, and reliability.

- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Software Engineers, Product Managers, and business stakeholders throughout the AI solution lifecycle.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, and Machine Learning technologies.

Required Skills :

- 4+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence.

- Strong programming experience in Python.

- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Artificial Intelligence.

- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques.

- Experience building solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Experience with predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and data analytics.

- Knowledge of model evaluation, optimization, and deployment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.

- Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

- Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, Claude, Llama, Gemini, or similar LLM ecosystems.

- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, or Weaviate.

- Knowledge of PyTorch or TensorFlow.

- Familiarity with MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Experience deploying AI solutions into production environments.

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- Master's degree is a plus.
