About the Role: We are hiring for Application Support role to support banking clients across India ensuring seamless operations and delivering high-quality technical assistance.
Location: Seepz Andheri EastShift: Rotational Shift along with Rotational Week-offs
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide L1 application support to banking clients.
  • Troubleshoot application-related issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor and track client issues through their lifecycle ensuring adherence to service timelines and SLAs.
  • Assist clients during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Go-Live activities.
  • Participate in testing and validation of solutions before deployment to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Support the implementation and integration of Core Banking Solution (CBS) modules across client locations.
  • Work closely with banking clients to understand their business requirements and system workflows.
