Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise AI use cases.
- Develop effective prompts and implement Prompt Engineering techniques to improve LLM performance.
- Integrate AI models with enterprise applications and backend services.
- Develop scalable solutions using Python and Java.
- Deploy and manage AI applications on the AWS Cloud platform.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
- Evaluate, fine-tune, and optimize AI models for performance, accuracy, and reliability.
- Document technical solutions and ensure adherence to AI best practices and governance standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in AI/ML or Software Development.
- Strong proficiency in Python and Java.
- Hands-on experience with:
1. Large Language Models (LLMs)
2. Prompt Engineering
3. Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Experience deploying AI applications on AWS.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as:
1. TensorFlow
2. PyTorch
3. Scikit-learn
- Knowledge of MLOps practices, model deployment, and monitoring.
- Experience with vector databases, AI agents, and LangChain/LlamaIndex is a plus.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to cloud-native AI architectures and responsible AI practices.
