Job Description :
We are looking for a skilled End User Support Engineer to provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and office IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, experience with Windows, macOS, Linux, networking, and excellent customer support capabilities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, Linux, and hardware-related issues.
- Provision and deprovision corporate devices, including laptops and mobile phones.
- Install, configure, test, and replace end-user devices as required.
- Support office IT infrastructure, including printing, connectivity, voice, and platform services.
- Troubleshoot basic network issues involving Wi-Fi, LAN, switches, routers, and access points.
- Coordinate with L2 support teams for complex technical issues.
- Install, test, and maintain printers, AV equipment, workplace monitors, and digital signage.
- Support smart office solutions, smart metering, and office sensors.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.
- Maintain accurate incident records and documentation in the ITSM tool.
- Support compliance activities, including SOX and internal/external audits.
- Provide onsite support during maintenance activities and critical escalations.
Mandatory Skills :
- 6 to 10 years of experience in Desktop Support / End User Computing (EUC) / IT Support.
- Strong troubleshooting experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Hands-on experience supporting desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
- Experience with device provisioning and deprovisioning.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook.
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting switches, routers, and wireless access points.
- Experience with printer installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Active Directory user and group management.
- Experience using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira Service Management.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience working with L2/L3 support teams and third-party vendors.
Preferred Skills :
- Knowledge of PABX/VoIP systems.
- Experience supporting AV equipment, digital signage, and smart office technologies.
- Familiarity with SOX compliance and audit processes.
- ITIL Foundation Certification.
- Experience working in enterprise or global support environments.
