Senior Flutter Developer - Dart

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Flutter Developer with strong expertise in building enterprise-grade mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Flutter, Dart, and demonstrate active use of AI coding assistants in their daily development workflow.

Key Skills :

- 7-10 years of mobile application development experience.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart.

- Experience building and deploying enterprise-level mobile applications.

- Strong knowledge of Flutter architecture, state management (BLoC, Riverpod, Provider), and reusable UI components.

- Experience integrating REST APIs and/or GraphQL.

- Good understanding of Android & iOS fundamentals.

- Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and app deployment.

- Strong understanding of performance optimization and secure coding practices.

- Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants (ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc.) for coding, debugging, refactoring, and development productivity.

- Ability to review and validate AI-generated code :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Flutter applications.

- Develop clean, reusable, and maintainable code.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, Backend, and DevOps.

- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.

- Optimize application performance and resolve production issues.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices.

- Leverage AI tools to improve software development efficiency.
