Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform development (JavaScript GlideScript).

Experience with Now Assist capabilities AI-driven development.

Proficiency in configuring & developing used cases in core ITSM/ NowAssist modules.

Strong understanding of web services (REST/SOAP) and APIs.

Good-to-Have

• Knowledge of JIRA & OMS with SNOW Integration Scenario
• Familiarity with Service Portal and UI customization
• Experience with Integration Hub REST/SOAP APIs
