Service Engineer International

RoleObjective/ Goal Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the field service operations related to crusher equipment. Leading a team managing customer relationships and ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards. Industry Type Crushing Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of field service technicians providing guidance and support. Coordinate field service activities ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues. Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions for team members. Act as the primary point of contact for customers addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction. Oversee the installation maintenance and repair of crusher equipment on-site. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Manage field service schedules dispatching technicians as needed. Maintain accurate service records and documentation. Collaborate with the engineering and sales teams to provide feedback and improve service offerings.

Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical -depth knowledge of crusher equipment including operation maintenance and repair. Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software related to crusher equipment. Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
