Key Responsibilities & Job Functions

Data Management & Backup Verification

Data Backup

• Execute and manage backups for all analytical instruments and servers ensuring strict maintenance of all relevant records.

Verification

• Perform routine backup verifications for all servers and analytical instrument data to ensure data integrity.

User & System Administration

Access Control

• Create manage and modify users or user access groups for laboratory software and servers keeping comprehensive and up-to-date documentation.

System Maintenance

• Maintain all servers and computer systems across the facility ensuring proper documentation is filled and archived.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

Instrumentation Support

• Troubleshoot laboratory instruments and their respective software within the Quality Control (QC) Development Quality Control (DQC) and Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL) departments.

Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate directly with service engineers for the seamless installation and qualification of new laboratory instruments or software.

Remote Support

• Provide cross-site IT support via remote access to the IT teams stationed at the Tarapur Unit-IV and Dombivali facilities.

Quality Assurance

ITQA Activities

• Perform Information Technology Quality Assurance (ITQA) activities on all generated data to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory guidelines.
