BIM Modeler

We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of BIM Modeler in Pudukkottai Tamil Nadu. Our client is a reputed organization in the Construction / Engineering sector seeking skilled and motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below apply early as positions are limited.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop accurate BIM models using Revit.
  
• Prepare detailed fabrication and GA drawings.
  
• Coordinate with engineering and production teams.
  
• Review and update BIM models as per project changes.
  
• Ensure drawing accuracy and compliance with project standards.
  
• Support facade system detailing and coordination.
  
• Participate in clash detection using Navisworks.
  
• Maintain project documentation and model revisions.
  

Required Skills

• Revit Advanced BIM modelling.
  
• Navisworks Clash detection and coordination.
  
• AutoCAD Technical drafting and detailing.
  
• BIM Modelling & Detailing High-quality model development.
  
• Engineering Coordination Production and design collaboration.
  

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of facade systems.
  
• Construction detailing experience.
  
• Fabrication drawing experience.
  

Work Experience Requirements

Candidates should have 17 years of experience in BIM modelling and detailing using industry-standard software. Experience in engineering or facade-related projects with production coordination will be an advantage.

Education

• Minimum: Diploma / B.E. / (Civil Mechanical or related discipline)
  
• Preferred: Bachelors Degree in relevant engineering field
  
• Additional: Autodesk Revit Certification (preferred)
