Your Profile

• Manage operational and administrative activities to ensure smooth and timely execution of projects.
• Coordinate with partners and vendors for invoice follow-ups and related documentation.
• Travel for site inspections and oversee on-ground event execution.
• Plan finalize and close cost sheets for Sunburn Reload shows.
• Plan and execute accreditation processes for Sunburn Arena and Sunburn Festival events.
• Provide operational support during live events to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage backend event operations including P&L tracking accreditations F&B coordination and other operational processes.

Your Checklist

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).
• Strong communication coordination and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel extensively for site visits and event execution.
• A proactive detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
