Director, Business Operations

Description

Manages a large book of business overseeing the utilization of the organizations Operations analysis team who serve as primary liaisons between internal and/or external customers and Operations leadership and teams to meet organizational and/or customer objectives and needs.

Builds a customer-focused relationship with internal and/or external strategic decision makers and Senior Management team to align project objectives and to continuously promote the organizations ability for their domain expertise and data analyses abilities.

Develops leads approves and presents recommendations of operational strategic plans and initiatives to advance the divisional missions and objectives.

Manages the development growth and quality of Operations Analysts to build and continuously improve well rounded teams.

Provides domain specific subject matter expertise (advisory) to Operations Teams and remains updated on trends in the marketplace.

Facilitates and coordinates the approval of day-to-day recommendations of the Operations analyst team related to operational dashboards SLAs operating procedures governance structures and metrics for process and cost improvements.
