Sr. Engineer - Supplier Performance

Main Responsibilities:

• Last workday count number of cases that injured employee need to rest at level -Target Zero. Environment incident count-Target Zero.
• System audit & Open points closure within time limit.
• APQP -Progress report to be tracked for new project.
• Monthly Score card & TPPA Preparation & action tracking.
• Monthly meeting to be conducted as per defined Wrost Supplier result.
• Monthly Wrost Supplier Matrix to be make & share with the Purchase & with Supplier.
• PPAP Review & PSW Signed as per program timeline.
• Supplier PPAP retention as per Customer/IATF requirement.
• Yearly Quality agreement targets to be shared with Supplier & get duly signed by Supplier.
• Supplier 8D Tracking sheet & Cause analysis (Complete G8D with Process documents as applicable).
• As per Change request from the supplier, SPE engineer has to track the ECN as per given timeline from the supplier and close with all process validation and with PSW Signed copy.
• Zero Major NC.
• Cost saving projects to be initiate and to be completed as per idea provided by CFT.
• Any New program at any location of India, has to work closely with inter CFT as well as external CFT to launch new projects.
• Develop BOP parts tooling, Feasibility review of parts with New supplier for blow molding , EPP, Foam Bun, Compression molding processes as per program timeline.

Education: Diploma / B.E with Plastics/ Tooling qualification will be preferred.

Experience: 8+ Years

Industry Preference: Automotive / Plastic Automotive Interior (Plastics preferred).
