We're Hiring: Finance Controller!

We are looking for an experienced Finance Controller to lead our finance operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to drive process improvements within the team.

What You'll Do:
Own the end-to-end management reporting for the business unit.
Ensure financial results are accurate, complete, and consistent
Review and validate monthly close activities including revenue recognition, cost allocations, accruals, and provisions
Analyse financial performance, explain variances vs. budget/forecast, and provide insight-driven recommendations
Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, KPI tracking, and business analysis
Support finance transformation initiatives, reporting optimization, and implementation of new financial systems and processes

What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and financial controls
Experience with accounting tools and ERP systems; NetSuite experience is a plus
Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business partnering capabilities
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Ability to quickly understand complex information and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
