Purpose of the Role
The Product Owner is responsible for defining managing and delivering product features within the Financial Planning product suite. The role bridges business stakeholders and Agile development teams ensuring that product initiatives align with customer needs business objectives and market trends.
The Product Owner owns the product roadmap for Advanced Financial Planning capabilities and drives product strategy from idea to production.

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
Own and manage the product roadmap.
Define long-term product vision and strategy.
Identify new product opportunities through market research.
Prioritize features based on customer value and business impact.
Product Ownership
Take complete ownership of product features from concept to launch.
Gather and analyze business requirements.
Create maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
Write clear user stories and define acceptance criteria.
Agile Product Management
Work closely with Scrum teams during Sprint Planning.
Guide developers by clarifying business requirements.
Participate in Sprint Reviews Backlog Grooming and Release Planning.
Remove blockers affecting Sprint and Release Goals.
Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams.
Communicate product vision across teams.
Manage expectations regarding timelines and deliverables.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration.
Market & Business Analysis
Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
Understand customer pain points.
Analyze industry trends in Wealth Management and Financial Planning.
Make data-driven product decisions.
User Experience
Partner with UX designers to create intuitive user experiences.
Ensure customer-centric feature design.
Product Launch & Continuous Improvement
Support go-to-market planning.
Coordinate feature releases.
Measure feature adoption and success metrics.
Collect customer feedback.
Drive continuous product enhancements.
