' Prepare order confirmations, sales invoices and packing lists in Tally Coordinate with clients to receive signed confirmation of sales order Cross-check sales order issued with purchase order issued by client Prepare pre-shipment and post-shipment documents including packing list, invoice, shipping bill, regulatory declarations Maintain records on duty drawback, and MEIS credit on export shipments Maintain physical and digital records of pre-shipment & post-shipment documents Coordinate with CHA for road transport, shipping container and vessel '
