This role redefines traditional sales support into a strategic insight-driven function.

As a Sales Support Assistant you will work closely with the Market VP and leadership team to decode market trends leverage AI for analysis and support strategic decision-making.

You will go beyond coordination and reporting to become a forward-looking business enabler translating market signals into actionable insights and business direction.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• MBA from a top-tier B-school (ISB/IIM/Global equivalents)

• 1 or 2 years experienced grads with commercial savviness

• Strong interest in market trends business strategy and AI tools

• Ability to think in terms of insights implications actions

• Aspires to grow into strategy business or sales leadership roles

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Sales Support to Leadership

- Support the Market VP in business reviews planning and strategic initiatives

- Prepare insight-driven briefs and analysis for decision-making

- Act as a bridge between data market insights and execution

• Market Intelligence & Trend Analysis

- Track and decode industry trends competitive landscape and customer behavior shifts

- Identify leading indicators and emerging opportunities

• AI-Enabled Analysis & Insight Generation

- Use AI tools and analytics platforms to analyze data identify patterns and generate insights

- Translate outputs into clear business implications

• Sales Insights & Performance Support

- Support tracking of pipeline health revenue performance and conversion trends

- Identify gaps and suggest improvement actions

• Presentation & Business Storytelling

- Create high-quality presentations for QBRs strategy discussions and leadership reviews

- Convert complex data into simple compelling narratives

• Supporting Business Strategy & GTM Initiatives

- Assist in defining focus segments growth opportunities and market priorities

- Support execution of go-to-market strategies

• Cross-Functional Coordination

- Work with Sales Marketing Finance and Product teams

- Ensure alignment between insights strategy and execution
