Summarized Purpose:

We are seeking an AI Solutions Architect to lead the design development and implementation of scalable AI/ML solutions that enable business transformation and operational excellence. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into innovative technical solutions while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture security and compliance standards.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science Information Technology Data Science or related field

• 710 years of experience in software engineering solution architecture or AI/ML platform development

• 3 years of experience designing and implementing AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments preferred

Major Job Responsibilities:

• Design and architect scalable AI/ML solutions and enterprise integrations.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders toidentifyAI-driven opportunities and use cases.

• Define and drive AI strategy roadmap and enterprise AI adoption initiatives.

• Develop architecture standards frameworks and best practices for AI solutions.

• Lead implementation of machine learning generative AI RAG and agentic AI applications.

• Design scalable AI platforms model serving frameworks and AI infrastructure.

• Define integration patterns for APIs cloud services event-driven architectures and enterprise systems.

• Define architecture patterns for vector databases semantic search and LLM optimization.

• Ensure AI solutions meet security compliance scalability performance and responsible AI requirements.

• Establish AI governance model lifecycle management and operational best practices.

• Collaborate with data engineering teams to design scalable data pipelines and AI-enabled data architectures.

• Lead AI projects from ideation through production deployment and operationalization.

• Provide technical leadership and mentor development engineering and AI teams.

• Support deployment automation monitoringMLOps and optimization of AI platforms and services.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

• Strongexpertisein AI/ML technologies and enterprise solution architecture.

• Experience with cloud platforms and AI services (AWS Azure GCP).

• Deep knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) Generative AI RAG and AI orchestration frameworks.

• Strong understanding of APIs microservices event-driven architectures and enterprise integration patterns.

• Proficiencyin Python and modern AI/ML frameworks.

• Experience designing enterprise AI platforms and production-grade AI systems.

• Strong understanding of vector databases embeddings semantic search and LLM optimization techniques.

• Familiarity with DevOpsMLOps CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform CloudFormation or equivalent).

• Knowledge of AI governance responsible AI model risk management and compliance frameworks.

• Experience with NLP multimodal AI and advanced generative AI patterns.

• Excellent analytical problem-solving communication and stakeholder management skills.

Must Have Skills:

• AI/ML solution architectureexpertise.

• Experience with generative AI LLM-based applications RAG and agentic AI workflows.

• Cloud platform experience (AWS Azure GCP).

• API microservices and event-driven architecture design.

• Python programming and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlowPyTorch Hugging Face or equivalent).

• Strong knowledge of vector databases embeddings semantic search and LLM optimization.

• Experience designing and deploying enterprise AI platforms and production AI systems.

• Experience with DevOpsMLOps CI/CD pipelines and model lifecycle management.

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform CloudFormation or equivalent).

• Strong stakeholder management technical leadership and mentoring skills.

• Experience handling PII data privacy security and regulatory compliance requirements.

• Proven ability to lead enterprise-scale AI initiatives from concept through deployment.

Good to Have Skills:

• Experience with custom LLM fine-tuning and model optimization.

• Experience withGraphRAG Knowledge Graphs and AI agent frameworks.

• Experience with vector databases and AI search technologies.

• Exposure to data engineering analytics platforms and data governance frameworks.

• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker Kubernetes).

• Experience with Data Governance and AI Compliance automation.

• AI/ML certifications (AWS Machine Learning Specialty Azure AI Engineer Google AI/ML Certifications etc.).

• Healthcare/Life Sciences domain knowledge preferred.

• Philippines:03:30 PM to 12:30 AM PHT
