About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Windchill Tech Lead with strong expertise in Windchill PLM development who can lead technical initiatives, mentor developers, and work closely with business stakeholders to deliver enterprise PLM solutions for global manufacturing customers.

This is a technical leadership role where you will continue to contribute to development while driving solution design and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Windchill developers.

• Design and develop solutions on the Windchill PLM platform.

• Perform Windchill customization and configuration.

• Drive technical discussions and solution design.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams.

• Participate in requirement analysis and technical estimations.

• Ensure coding standards, code reviews, and development best practices.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide production support when required.

• Ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
