Job Description :

• L1 Support Handling : Act as the first point of contact for client issues, ensuring timely resolution and escalation as needed.
• Client Coordination : Interact with clients to gather requirements, clarify queries, and provide regular updates on project progress.
• Project Coordination : Assist in planning, tracking, and monitoring project deliverables, ensuring alignment with timelines and business objectives.
• Insurance Application Expertise : Work on insurance domain applications, analyzing workflows, and providing functional support to enhance business efficiency.
• SDLC Process Awareness : Contribute to requirement gathering, documentation, testing, and deployment phases, ensuring adherence to the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Business Operations Support : Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
