Job description
Minimum 2 years of experience in digital advertising, programmatic media buying, or campaign management, preferably within an agency or ad tech environment.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, publishers, and platform partners. Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills are highly desirable.

Hands-on experience with DV360 and Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, optimisation, troubleshooting, audience targeting, budget pacing, performance analysis, and reporting. Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics such as CPM, CPC, CPA, CTR, viewability, VTR, and ROAS, with the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign data.

Experience in planning, executing, monitoring, and optimising campaigns across Display, Video, Native, CTV, and Mobile channels.

Proficiency in campaign tracking, tagging, and third-party measurement tools (e.g., CM360, IAS, DoubleVerify, or similar) is an added advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting dashboards to evaluate campaign performance.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, meeting deadlines, and ensuring delivery against client KPIs.

Detail-orientated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Manage and oversee end-to-end programmatic, social media & Google ads campaign operations across various platforms.
  • Monitor campaign delivery, pacing, and performance to ensure client KPIs are achieved.
  • Implement optimisation strategies to improve CPMs, fill rates, win rates, CTR, viewability, profit margins and overall campaign efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot campaign, tracking, creative, targeting, and delivery issues in a timely manner.
  • Analyse campaign and inventory performance data to identify opportunities for revenue growth and operational improvements.
  • Ensure accurate campaign setup, QA, implementation, reporting, and billing reconciliation.
  • Monitor traffic quality, ad fraud, IVT, and brand safety metrics while maintaining compliance with industry standards.
  • Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and provide actionable insights.
  • Liaise with inventory partners, publishers, SSPs, and platform representatives to assess campaign feasibility, validate inventory availability, confirm targeting capabilities, and support media planning requirements through regular calls and discussions.
  • Handle ad hoc business and operational requests, including inventory availability checks, media rates, campaign feasibility assessments, audience reach estimates, forecasting, and proposal support for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in client, agency, and account management calls whenever required to provide programmatic expertise, discuss campaign strategies, address operational queries, and support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Account Management, and Creative teams to support campaign executions.
  • Lead, mentor, and support the ad operations team while driving process improvements and operational excellence.
  • Establish and maintain best practices, SOPs, and workflows to improve scalability and operational efficiency.
