Role Overview :

As an Oracle EBS Functional SCM ASCP Consultant, you will serve as a bridge between complex business requirements and technical system capabilities.

You will work closely with cross-functional project teams and key business stakeholders to design, configure, and troubleshoot supply chain modules within the Oracle EBS ecosystem.

Your daily contributions will directly influence the efficiency of inventory management, order fulfillment, and advanced planning cycles, ensuring that our clients maintain seamless operations in a high-demand environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end functional design and configuration of Oracle SCM and ASCP modules to align with specific client business requirements.

- Collaborate with technical teams to develop custom extensions and reports, ensuring that Oracle Workflow and SQL-based solutions meet performance standards.

- Manage the full lifecycle of Order Management System implementations, from initial requirement gathering to final user acceptance testing and production support.

- Diagnose and resolve complex functional bottlenecks in supply chain planning and execution to improve overall system reliability for end-users.

- Provide expert guidance to stakeholders on best practices for Oracle EBS, facilitating smoother business transitions and system adoption.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in configuring and managing Oracle EBS, specifically within the SCM and ASCP modules, backed by 7 to 10 years of professional experience.

- Proven ability to write and interpret SQL queries to support data analysis, troubleshooting, and system integration tasks.

- Strong proficiency in designing and maintaining Oracle Workflow processes to automate and streamline supply chain business logic.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for non-technical stakeholders.

- Proven track record of managing remote project delivery, demonstrating self-discipline and the ability to collaborate effectively across distributed teams in Bangalore and Cochin.

- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, complemented by a deep understanding of supply chain management principles.
