Key Responsibilities - Manage patient appointments and ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations. - Coordinate patient communication, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups. - Support and coordinate with the clinic team to deliver an exceptional patient experience. - Assist with social media, digital marketing, and patient engagement initiatives. - Manage clinic inventory, vendor coordination, and procurement. - Handle administrative tasks and maintain efficient clinic workflows. - Monitor daily operations to ensure high standards of patient service and clinic efficiency. - Contribute to initiatives that improve patient experience and practice growth. Qualifications & Requirements ✔ Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Science background preferred). ✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. ✔ Strong organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities. ✔ Comfortable using MS Office and digital tools. ✔ Positive attitude with a willingness to learn healthcare management, marketing, and clinic operations. ✔ Previous experience in healthcare, hospitality, administration, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. ✔ Must be able to commute conveniently to Vile Parle East, Mumbai.
