Job description

Profile: Sales Executive-Solar-Surat-4.2 LPA

Experience: 2-5 Years

Salary Range: 30k to 35k

Roles:

  • Generate new business opportunities through field sales, client meetings, and market visits.
  • Promote and sell solar solutions to commercial, industrial, and residential customers.
  • Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solar products and services.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Coordinate with the technical and project execution teams for smooth order processing and installation.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and identify new market opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM/system.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, industry events, and customer meetings whenever required.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage).
  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales.
  • Experience in the Solar industry is preferred.
  • Candidates from Metal Manufacturing or other relevant industrial sales backgrounds can also be considered.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
