Role Overview :

As a Program Project Manager based in Bengaluru, you will serve as the strategic lead for complex, multi-stream initiatives, ensuring that technology delivery aligns with overarching business objectives. You will act as the primary bridge between cross-functional engineering teams, executive stakeholders, and external clients to navigate project lifecycles from inception to deployment. Your daily focus involves managing resource allocation, mitigating delivery risks, and maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment, ultimately driving measurable business outcomes and operational efficiency for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Orchestrate the end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs, ensuring all project milestones are met within defined timelines and budget constraints to satisfy client requirements.

- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into actionable project roadmaps and clear deliverables.

- Identify potential bottlenecks and technical risks early in the project lifecycle, implementing proactive mitigation strategies to ensure seamless delivery.

- Manage resource capacity and cross-functional team performance to maximize productivity and maintain high standards of service delivery.

- Provide regular status reporting and performance metrics to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment on program health and strategic goals.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary programs with 9 to 12 years of professional experience in project management or program delivery roles.

- Strong proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to adapt frameworks to suit specific project needs and organizational culture.

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of influencing senior leadership and navigating complex organizational hierarchies.

- Advanced analytical capabilities to interpret project data, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in delivery processes.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical audiences and fostering collaboration across global teams.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, complemented by relevant professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM.

- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, demonstrating self-discipline and the capacity to lead distributed teams effectively from our Bengaluru office.
