Full Stack Developer

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java/JEE technologies to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with modern backend frameworks, frontend technologies, event-driven architecture, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices while working in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade full-stack applications using Java/JEE technologies.

- Build robust RESTful and SOAP web services using Spring and Spring Boot.

- Develop responsive web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.

- Design and optimize scalable, high-performance backend services.

- Integrate applications with relational databases such as Oracle and PostgreSQL.

- Develop event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka, Kafka Connect, Kafka Streams, and KSQL.

- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following TDD and unit testing best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software in Agile sprints.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices using tools such as Jenkins, CloudBees, and Git.

- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design sessions.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

Required Skills :

- 10+ years of experience in application development and system analysis.

- Strong expertise in Core Java, JEE, and object-oriented programming.

- Extensive experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot.

- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, SOAP Web Services, and Microservices architecture.

- Hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular/React or similar).

- Experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases.

- Strong experience with Apache Kafka or Confluent Kafka ecosystem, including Kafka Connect, Kafka Streams, and KSQL.

- Solid understanding of software design principles, design patterns, and coding best practices.

- Experience writing unit tests and following Test-Driven Development (TDD).

- Hands-on experience with Git, Jenkins, CloudBees, CI/CD pipelines, and build automation.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with AWS services such as S3, SQS, Lambda, and Redshift.

- Exposure to containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

- Knowledge of cloud-native application development and deployment.

- Familiarity with performance tuning and application monitoring tools.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
