Senior SAP SD Consultant

Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Senior SAP SD Consultant to lead complex Order-to-Cash (OTC) transformation initiatives for our global enterprise clients. In this role, you will act as a strategic bridge between business requirements and technical architecture, translating intricate sales and distribution challenges into scalable S/4HANA solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional project teams, senior stakeholders, and business process owners to drive digital excellence.

Your work will directly influence the efficiency of global supply chains and revenue recognition processes, ensuring our clients maintain a competitive edge in their respective markets. This position offers the flexibility to operate from our offices in Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Ahmedabad, Aurangabad, or Silvassa, fostering a collaborative environment that values high-impact delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect end-to-end SAP OTC solutions within S/4HANA environments to streamline sales order processing, billing, and shipping for large-scale global operations.

- Lead complex implementation and migration projects by translating business pain points into robust technical configurations that enhance operational productivity.

- Mentor junior consultants and offshore development teams to ensure high-quality delivery standards and adherence to best practices across the project lifecycle.

- Facilitate workshops with key business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and design functional specifications that align with organizational objectives.

- Manage critical post-go-live support and optimization efforts to ensure system stability and continuous improvement of sales distribution workflows.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in configuring and deploying SAP SD and OTC modules, with a deep understanding of S/4HANA business processes and integration points with FI/CO, MM, and PP.

- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, fostering strong professional relationships and driving consensus in high-pressure environments.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a track record of managing large-scale, multi-country SAP implementations from inception to completion.

- A degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, complemented by a professional demeanor and the ability to thrive in a hybrid or on-site work environment.

- High degree of adaptability to evolving business requirements and a proactive approach to staying updated with the latest SAP innovations and industry trends.
