Purpose of the Role:

RAO is the key resource for the front room in Commercial. It’s a critical role as RO has to co-ordinate between the sales force/depot/CFA/Transporters/Vendors of the region and commercial at the corporate office for all commercial related areas.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate + MBA
• Age: 25 - 30 yrs.
• 3-4 years of experience in Commercial in a FMCG company

Key Deliverables of the Role

• ROI Calculations of the Distributor
• Distributor Credit Control in terms of Credit Limit, Credit days, Evaluation of Distributor Financial health at the time of cheque bounce, Review of Bank Guarantee requirement of the distributor.
• Modern Trade Distributors Claim Settlement
• Distributor Evaluation at the time of appointment
• Market and Distributor Audit
• Closure of Depot Lease Agreements, CFA and Transport Agreements and Timely renewals.
• L&D Monitoring of Distributors
• Transporter Claims
• Supply chain invoices & claims
• Raising of In Transit Insurance claims
• Accounts Payable - Secondary Freight/CFA Invoices/Rentals
• Depot Compliance Tracking - GRN Portal/EWB Reports
• GST Reconciliation with Vendors/Distributors
• Provisioning on IO sanctions during month ends
• Month end provision for Distributor GST Claims
