Job Title: Regional Medical Advisor (RMA)

Job Summary:

The Regional Medical Advisor (RMA) is a field-based medical role responsible for scientific exchange with healthcare professionals (HCPs), supporting clinical research, and providing scientific and strategic insights to internal stakeholders. The RMA acts as a key scientific resource for the medical community and contributes to the medical strategy of the organization.

Job Responsibilities / Key Accountabilities -

• Development of partnerships with investigators, Key Opinion Leaders and healthcare professionals scientific, evidence-based communication and education
• Clinical trial activities
• Investigator-initiated studies (IITs)
• Scientific projects & research
• Publications (abstracts, posters, case studies and peer reviewed papers)
• Scientific support to marketing teams and their programs
• Input and/or attendance at medical educational programs, advisory boards, training, CMEs

Qualifications -

MBBS/ M.D.

Job Requirements / Knowledge and Experience -

• Formal Marketing or Business qualification is essential
• Relevant experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry only
• Strong knowledge of therapy is essential
• External customer focus with strong networking capabilities and integration with KOLs
• The ability to understand, process, communicate and present scientific information to a high standard
• Understanding of clinical development and Good Clinical Research Practice is preferable
• Excellent influencing, networking, presentation and communication skills and a proven track record of team cross-functional team working
• 50-60% traveling per month
