Geofluid - Manager/Senior Manager - Sales & Marketing

Position Summary:

The primary objective of this role is to drive aggressive business growth, expand gross margins, and increase market share across key industrial segments including Water & Wastewater Treatment (WTP/ETP/STP), Pharmaceuticals, Food & Beverage, Automotive/Paint Coating, and Hydrocarbons.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

- Business Growth & Strategic Sales: Participate in developing strategic sales plans and leverage established contact networks.

- Technical Support & Account Management: Provide application-focused product recommendations and collaborate with internal technical teams.

- Key Accounts & Commercials: Manage client engagement, monitor commercial collections, and maintain CRM data.

- Brand Promotion: Represent the company at industry events and provide market intelligence to management.

Candidate Profile:

- Educational Background: B.Tech / B.E. in Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental Engineering (MBA in Marketing/Sales is a plus).

- Professional Experience: 5 to 12+ years of relevant B2B technical sales experience in process filtration, separation equipment, water treatment systems, or industrial fluid handling.
