Payroll Specialist

Experience – 2+ years

Work Location - Chennai

Work mode - WFO

CTC - 5LPA

Mandatory skills - Experienced in APAC/Asia/ANZ Payroll

Strong working knowledge in payroll activities.

• Knowledge in country's statutory requirements

• Validation of various payroll reports and analysis on variances.

• Creation and maintenance of process SOP's

• Experience in handling customer queries.

Education and Experience Required

• Graduate in B.Com/ any degree with accounting background with a minimum of 60% and above aggregate scores.

Experienced with 2-4 of total experience in ANZ or Asia Payroll

Knowledge and Skills Required

• Demonstrated understanding of Payroll processes.

• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Strong analytical skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills: Able to collaborate and work in various teams
