Job Summary :

We are looking for an Asst. Manager / Manager AI Applications (Claude) who will play a key role in driving the organizations Generative AI transformation journey.

The role involves evaluating, designing, and implementing AI solutions using Claude and other Large Language Models (LLMs) to improve business efficiency, automation, and decision-making across departments.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying high-impact use cases, leading AI pilot projects, and ensuring successful integration of AI tools into enterprise systems and workflows.

This is a strategic and execution-focused role combining business process understanding, AI solution design, and hands-on implementation capability.

Key Responsibilities :

AI Strategy, Evaluation & Implementation :

- Lead the evaluation and adoption of Claude AI and other LLM platforms across the organization

- Define AI use cases aligned with business priorities and operational challenges

- Assess feasibility, ROI, and scalability of AI-driven solutions

- Drive end-to-end implementation of AI pilots and production deployments

Business Process Analysis & Use Case Identification :

- Analyze departmental workflows to identify automation and efficiency opportunities

- Work closely with stakeholders across functions such as operations, quality, supply chain, and compliance

- Identify high-impact areas where Claude can reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and enhance decision-making

AI Development & Integration Support :

- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Claude/OpenAI into enterprise systems via APIs

- Ensure smooth deployment of AI solutions within existing IT architecture

- Support development of AI-powered tools, workflows, and automation systems

- Provide guidance on prompt engineering, model usage, and optimization techniques

POC & Prototype Leadership :

- Lead Proof of Concept (POC) development for AI solutions across departments

- Validate AI outputs for accuracy, usability, and business relevance

- Iterate prototypes based on stakeholder feedback and performance metrics

Enablement, Training & Documentation :

- Create prompt engineering guides, SOPs, and training materials for internal teams

- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to drive AI adoption across departments

- Enable teams to effectively use Claude for daily operations and decision support

Monitoring, Research & Innovation :

- Stay updated on Claude, OpenAI, and emerging LLM advancements

- Continuously evaluate new AI tools, frameworks, and integration approaches

- Benchmark industry best practices in enterprise AI adoption

- Recommend improvements and innovation opportunities in AI strategy

Industry Exposure (Preferred) :

- Exposure to pharmaceutical business processes such as manufacturing, quality control, supply chain, or regulatory compliance will be an added advantage

- Ability to understand regulated environments and apply AI responsibly
