Location : Mumbai, Chennai, Pune, Hyderabad, Gurugram, Bangalore, Kolkata

Shift : 2 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM (Flexible)

Interview Process : 2 Virtual Rounds (including 1 US Client Round)

Mandatory Skill : IFS ERP (Mandatory)

Required Skills :

- Hands-on experience with IFS ERP

- Experience in IFS Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)

- Experience with Workforce Optimization

- Experience with Field Service Management (FSM)

- Configuration experience in the above IFS modules

- Data Mapping & Data Migration

- Integration using REST APIs

- Strong understanding of JSON for API integrations

- Reporting Configuration in IFS

- Dashboard & KPI creation within IFS

- API validation and integration testing

- Ability to work with Technical Architects for system integrations

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Configure reports and dashboards within IFS.

- Build KPIs and business reports.

- Identify and utilize available REST APIs for integrations.

- Define JSON payloads for API communication.

- Perform data mapping and migration activities.

- Validate and test API integrations.

- Work closely with Technical Architects during integration implementation.

- Understand business process mapping and define integration requirements.
