Salary Range: 35k to 40k

Roles:

1. Accounting Operations

• Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions, journal entries, and ledger accounts.
• Ensure accurate bookkeeping and financial record maintenance.

2. GST & Tax Compliance

• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
• Prepare and reconcile tax-related records and coordinate return filings.

3. Finalization of Accounts

• Assist in monthly and annual finalization of accounts.
• Prepare financial statements and support audit requirements.

4. Bank & Ledger Reconciliation

• Perform bank reconciliation and reconcile customer, vendor, and ledger accounts.
• Resolve discrepancies in financial records.

5. Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Manage vendor payments, customer receipts, and outstanding balances.
• Monitor cash flow and payment schedules.

6. MIS & Reporting

• Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries for management.
• Generate reports using MS Excel and accounting software.

7. Coordination & Compliance

• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal departments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Qualification:

• B.Com (Mandatory)
• M.Com / MBA (Finance) will be an added advantage.
• Candidates from the textile or manufacturing industry will be preferred.
