Job Description:
Senior Architect responsible for reviewing, strengthening, and governing the security posture of Snowflake environments, ensuring enterprise-grade compliance, risk mitigation, and visibility at executive (CTO-level) oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct end-to-end security assessment of Snowflake setup (accounts, roles, access controls, integrations).
- Review and optimize RBAC models, least privilege access, and user/role design.
- Implement and enforce data security controls (masking policies, encryption, secure data sharing).
- Perform access audits, risk analysis, and compliance validation.
- Define and strengthen governance frameworks and security guardrails.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise security standards and regulatory requirements.
- Set up continuous monitoring, alerting, and reporting (for high-visibility stakeholders like CFO).
- Work closely with team to ensure security + usability balance.
- Support security incident reviews and remediation planning.
