About the Role
As a Graphic Designer, you will create visually engaging designs that support marketing, branding, business development, and corporate communication initiatives.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent graphic design skills, be comfortable working with AI-powered creative tools, and have a basic understanding of social media platforms and digital content creation.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Design
- Design brochures, company profiles, flyers, banners, infographics, advertisements, and marketing collateral.
- Create engaging social media creatives, especially for LinkedIn.
- Design presentations, proposal documents, reports, certificates, event branding materials, and internal communication creatives.
- Develop graphics for websites, email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional activities.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity.
AI-Powered Design & Content Creation
- Use AI-powered design and content creation tools to improve creativity and productivity.
- Create AI-generated illustrations, graphics, icons, and visual concepts.
- Explore emerging AI technologies to streamline creative workflows.
- Stay updated with AI-assisted design and branding trends.
Social Media Support
- Design creatives for LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Create campaign creatives, festive posts, recruitment creatives, employee engagement posts, and event promotions.
- Support digital marketing initiatives with platform-specific designs.
Branding & Marketing Support
- Design branding assets and marketing materials.
- Create proposal covers, client presentations, and business documents.
- Design exhibition materials, standees, posters, and promotional merchandise.
- Collaborate with technical teams to convert engineering concepts into engaging visuals.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Graphic Design and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with Canva and similar design platforms.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Microsoft Designer, Midjourney, or similar.
- Strong understanding of typography, layouts, color theory, and branding.
- Basic understanding of social media content design.
- Ability to create both digital and print-ready artwork.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Digital Media, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, branding, or creative design roles.
Preferred
- Experience in Engineering, Infrastructure, Construction, Geotechnical, Energy, Renewable Energy, or other B2B organizations.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn marketing and corporate branding.
- Experience designing business presentations and technical documents.
- Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar video editing tools is an advantage.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing creatives, and digital design work.
