Role Overview :

Looking for a highly capable Salesforce Architect to own the technical and solution architecture of Salesforce initiatives. This person will translate complex business needs into secure, scalable, high-performing Salesforce solutions, provide technical leadership to delivery teams, and ensure implementation quality across the full solution lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture for implementation, enhancement, integration, and modernization initiatives.

- Lead architecture discovery and solution-design workshops with business stakeholders, project managers, business analysts, and technical teams.

- Translate business requirements into scalable architecture, high-level designs, low-level designs, technical specifications, and delivery estimates.

- Define Salesforce application architecture, data model, security model, integration architecture, environment strategy, and release approach.

- Design solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Lightning Platform, and custom Salesforce applications.

- Provide deep technical direction for Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, Flows, APIs, integrations, data migration, and platform configuration.

- Establish and enforce development, code-quality, security, performance, integration, and architecture standards.

- Review designs, code, configurations, pull requests, and deployments to ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices.

- Work with development teams to resolve complex technical blockers, performance bottlenecks, integration failures, and high-priority production issues.

- Design robust integration patterns using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, middleware, asynchronous processing, and external systems.

- Define scalable data architecture, including object relationships, data governance, data migration, master data, data quality, and archival strategy.

- Ensure Salesforce solutions are secure, maintainable, compliant, high-performing, and extensible.

- Lead technical estimation, identify delivery risks and dependencies, and provide timely mitigation recommendations.

- Guide CI/CD, source control, sandbox strategy, deployment automation, release management, and environment governance.

- Partner with QA and business teams on test strategy, technical validation, UAT readiness, and go-live support.

- Mentor developers and administrators; elevate technical capability and delivery quality across the team.

- Communicate architecture decisions, trade-offs, risks, and solution roadmaps clearly to technical and executive stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of total Salesforce experience, including demonstrated solution-architecture or technical-lead responsibilities.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components, Aura, Visualforce, Flows, triggers, batch Apex, queueable Apex, and asynchronous processing.

- Strong solution-design experience across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; Experience Cloud knowledge is highly preferred.

- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, governor limits, sharing/security model, declarative capabilities, and multi-org considerations.

- Proven experience designing enterprise Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, platform events, OAuth, and external systems.

- Strong understanding of data modelling, data migration, ETL concepts, data quality, and Salesforce data-security best practices.

- Experience with Salesforce DevOps, Git-based source control, CI/CD pipelines, SFDX, change sets, Copado, Gearset, Flosum, or equivalent tools.

- Knowledge of integration and identity/security concepts including SSO, OAuth, JWT, Named Credentials, encryption, and access controls.

- Experience with architecture documentation, technical design reviews, code reviews, performance tuning, and production support.

- Strong estimation, risk-management, problem-solving, stakeholder-management, and communication skills.

- Prior experience working with a reputed MNC.

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and/or II

- Salesforce Certified Administrator

- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder

- Salesforce Certified Integration Architect

- Salesforce Certified Data Architect

- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect
