Role Overview :

As a Data Scientist at Tekgence, you will spearhead the development and deployment of sophisticated machine learning models that drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. You will operate at the heart of our technical team, collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders, data engineers, and product managers to translate ambiguous business requirements into high-performance analytical solutions. This role is pivotal in shaping our AI roadmap, ensuring that our data products not only meet rigorous technical standards but also deliver measurable value to our clients by optimizing processes and uncovering actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines to address complex business problems, ensuring models are scalable and production-ready for enterprise environments.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases, translating business objectives into technical requirements and analytical frameworks.

- Architect and refine deep learning models using advanced frameworks to improve predictive accuracy and operational performance for our clients.

- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers by fostering a culture of technical rigor, code quality, and best practices in model development.

- Monitor and optimize model performance in production, ensuring continuous improvement through iterative testing and data-driven feedback loops.

Required Skillset :

- Proven expertise in Python for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and building complex machine learning workflows.

- Demonstrated ability to design and train neural networks using PyTorch, with a deep understanding of model architecture and optimization techniques.

- Strong proficiency in developing and deploying AIML solutions that solve real-world business challenges, with 7 to 14 years of relevant industry experience.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence project direction.

- A collaborative mindset, comfortable working in a hybrid environment across our Hyderabad and Bangalore offices, and capable of leading initiatives in a fast-paced, agile setting.

- A solid academic foundation in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field, reflecting a strong grasp of algorithmic thinking.
