ROLES ACCOUNTABILITIES Prepare SEA for joiners in the electronic format · Receive and approve all crew claims as per TOE and record in CIS upon receiving supporting documents · Coordinate with Pool managers / schedulers for resolution of claims from seafarers · Compile record of various extra onboard earning viz. awards and bonuses, and other performance-based incentives. · Address and resolve queries from seafarers and Owners by providing related to earning and deduction for seafarer · Processing of RJB · Maintain effective communication with vessels/seafarers to regarding claims and extra earning Requirements KEY SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES Technical skills · SEA preparation and management · Crew payroll and claims processing · Data entry and records management · MS Excel and reporting skills Professional skills · Attention to detail and accuracy · Time management and prioritization · Accountability and ownership · Ability to work under deadlines PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance or Accounting · Proficiency in MS Excel · 1 year experience in crew payroll / crew claims within the shipping industry.
