Engineer - Production

• Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
• Monitor demand, minimize downtime, and optimize resources.
• Track KPIs: output, cycle time, and on-time delivery.
• Maintain accurate inventory aligned with production needs.
• Coordinate with supply chain/procurement for raw materials.
• Implement systems to reduce stock discrepancies and delays.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 & ISO 19001 standards.
• Lead efficiency, waste reduction, and quality improvement projects.
• Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Interpret engineering drawings; apply GD&T for accuracy.
• Use SAP PP for scheduling, planning, and tracking.
• Generate production/inventory reports via ERP systems.
• Manage and motivate staff to meet performance targets.
• Provide training, mentoring, and skill development.
• Foster accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct safety audits and risk assessments.
• Promote safe practices across production activities.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams.
• Present KPI dashboards to management.
