Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate M365 Engineer (Fresher) to join our team at our Tiruppur office. Candidates with internship experience in Microsoft 365 Administration, IT Support, or Cloud Technologies are encouraged to apply. Basic Microsoft certifications and a strong willingness to learn are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in administering Microsoft 365 environments.
• Support user account creation, license assignment, and mailbox management.
• Provide Level 1 support for Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Troubleshoot basic Microsoft 365 user issues and escalate complex cases when required.
• Assist in Microsoft 365 deployment, migration, and configuration activities.
• Monitor service health and perform basic administrative tasks.
• Document technical issues, resolutions, and system configurations.
• Follow security, compliance, and IT best practices.
• Continuously learn Microsoft technologies and participate in internal training programs.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 Administration.
• Familiarity with Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Understanding of user account management and Microsoft 365 licensing.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts such as DNS, TCP/IP, and VPN.
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and build a career in Microsoft technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship experience in Microsoft 365, IT Support, Helpdesk, or Cloud Administration.
• Microsoft certifications such as MS-900, AZ-900, or SC-900 are an added advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
