Role: Corporate Legal Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
•Drafting agreements for sale, conveyance deeds, MOU, lease deeds, leave and license agreement, rectification deeds and various general contracts and letters.
•Reviewing title reports in relation to the projects.
•Addressing customer queries in relation to residential and warehouse leasing.
•Co-ordinating with internal stakeholders across strategy, leasing, business, design and registration teams.
•Providing end to end support on document stamping and execution and coordinating on registration.
•Updating standard documents from time to time as per policy and learnings.
•Preparing responses to legal notices received in relation to approvals, society handover etc.
Requirements:
•LLB qualification with 6 - 10 years of core real estate legal experience.
•Strong experience in drafting and reviewing real estate transaction documents including agreements for sale, conveyance deeds, lease deeds, leave & license agreements and MOUs.
•Experience in title due diligence and review of title reports.
•Good understanding of property documentation, stamping and registration processes.
•Ability to work closely with internal stakeholders and manage end-to-end documentation for transactions.
