ServiceNow GRC Developer/Consultant

Job Description

• Design, develop, and optimize ServiceNow GRC solutions.
• Implement and maintain IRM, TPRM, Procurement, and other GRC modules aligned with business needs.
• Configure workflows, business rules, scripts, UI actions, policies, dashboards, and reports.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and engage with stakeholders through workshops and demos.
• Develop and manage integrations using REST APIs and Integration Hub, ensuring secure and reliable data exchange.

Key Responsibilities

• Support risk management, compliance, audit, and business continuity processes.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum delivery, UAT, release management, and documentation activities.
• Ensure platform performance, compliance, and governance best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow GRC, IRM, and TPRM modules.
• Knowledge of GRC frameworks, audit methodologies, risk assessment, and business continuity planning.
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting, workflows, integrations, and reporting.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to mentor and support junior developers.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).

Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – GRC/IRM (preferred)
