Role Summary

Own end-to-end paid acquisition, marketing analytics and campaign optimisation across Google and Meta platforms. This role is responsible for driving profitable customer acquisition, improving ROAS, implementing accurate tracking, generating business insights, and partnering with Category, Design and Technology teams to improve digital growth.

Key Responsibilities

 Own Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display & YouTube) and Meta

Ads.

 Monitor and optimise ROAS, CAC, CTR, conversion rate and revenue.

 Manage GA4, GTM, Merchant Center, conversion tracking and attribution.

 Build dashboards in Looker Studio and present actionable insights.

 Support A/B testing and landing page optimisation.

 Coordinate campaign launches with internal stakeholders.

Education & Mandatory Requirements

Bachelor's degree from a reputed college/university. Candidate should have been based in Bangalore for at least 2 years. Experience managing eCommerce or agency accounts preferred.
