Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Sales Personnel/Specialist to lead our sales in the international freight forwarding industry at Bangalore.

  • Develop and execute sales strategy/plan to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Identify potential customers/opportunities and actively work on them
  • Build, maintain and develop strong relationships with clients
  • Conduct sales presentations, finalise business with clients.
  • Stay update with industry trends, market conditions and competitors move.
  • Collaborate with team and set targets for future.
  • Work with CRM/Sales software to monitor the progress and analyse the data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with prior experience in the industry or master's degree is an added advantage.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Good communication skills (English as well as regional language)
  • Knowledge of MS-Office Suite
