About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Vice President – Digitalization to lead the end-to-end digital transformation journey of our organization. The role will focus on building an integrated digital ecosystem across supply chain, marketing, manufacturing, and commercial functions , enabling growth, efficiency, and innovation in the agrochemical sector.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Transformation Strategy
- Define and execute the company’s digitalization roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives.
- Drive adoption of ERP, analytics, AI / ML tools, and digital platforms across functions.
Supply Chain & Operations
Implement end-to-end digital supply chain solutions for real-time visibility, demand forecasting, and logistics optimization.Enhance process automation to improve cost efficiency and regulatory compliance.Marketing & Commercial Excellence
Lead digital marketing initiatives including advertising, branding, and promotional campaigns for agrochemical and crop nutrition products.Deploy marketing analytics tools to track customer engagement, brand positioning, and ROI.Leadership & Change Management
Lead cross-functional teams in embracing a digital-first culture.Mentor senior leaders to leverage technology for decision-making and operational excellence.Governance & Compliance
Ensure digital platforms align with EHS, quality, and regulatory standards.Oversee cybersecurity, data governance, and compliance with global best practices.Qualifications
Education :
B.Tech / M.Tech in Chemical Engineering ORMBA in Marketing / OperationsExperience :
20+ years in Agrochemicals / Crop Nutrition / Specialty Chemicals / Pharmaceuticals, with proven leadership experience.Minimum 6–7 years leading digitalization initiatives in supply chain and commercial functions.Key Skills & Competencies
Proven expertise in supply chain optimization and digital integration.Strong background in marketing, brand management, and promotional campaigns.Hands-on experience with ERP, CRM, and digital analytics platforms.Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.Exposure to regulatory frameworks, EHS compliance, and risk management.Ability to translate business challenges into digital solutions with measurable impact.
