You will work closely with developers and other stakeholders to produce high-quality technical content that meets the needs of our users.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain technical documentation such as user manuals, installation guides, and API documentation.
• Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and clarify technical details.
• Ensure that documentation is clear, concise, and accessible to the target audience.
• Review and edit documentation created by other team members to ensure quality and consistency.
• Continuously update documentation as new features are developed and software is enhanced.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and terminology.
• Proficiency in documentation tools such as Markdown, Confluence, or MadCap Flare.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
