Relationship Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building strong customer relationships, and offering tailored home loan solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet potential customers, providing a welcoming and professional first impression
• Understand customers' financial backgrounds and recommend appropriate home loan products
• Conduct marketing and promotional activities to generate leads and expand customer base
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of loan applications
• Handle loan collections and follow-up activities to ensure timely repayments
• Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or the financial sector (home loans preferred)
